Packing-list signup: your first name and email address. The form uses these details to save your request and send the occasional packing guide or outdoor note described beside the form.

Contact form: your name, email address, and message. The name and email identify the person who wrote, while the message gives context for a reply.

Scout: any details you choose to type into the planning conversation, such as group size, destination, season, budget, or experience. Scout is optional.

Submitted details are used to deliver the requested packing-list communication, respond to contact messages, and provide Scout's planning response. The current forms do not ask for passwords, phone numbers, mailing addresses, or payment information.

Packing-list and contact information is saved through Buildy's Contacts service. Contact form messages are sent by the site's email delivery service to hello@piprhands.com.

Scout messages are sent to the service that powers the text-agent conversation so it can generate a response. The site code does not save these details in its own browser storage.

The current app code does not add cookies, local storage, or session storage for the packing-list signup, contact form, or Scout conversation. It also does not include a separate analytics or advertising tracker in the site features described here.

• You can browse without joining the packing-list signup, using Scout, or sending the contact form.
• You can ask us to correct or delete contact information by emailing hello@piprhands.com. Tell us what to change and, when possible, use the email address connected to the request.
• You can ask us to stop packing-list emails at any time.
